Very stroppy woman
I answered this and asked where they had got my number from. Told them I did not consent to their using my data under GDPR. She said she had got my data from another website I had apparently signed up to. She was really rude and stroppy. When I came off the phone and checked the website I had supposedly signed up to, I hadn’t, so she was lying to me as well.

ppi nb phone no. not regional ? 1 digit short
Hi received multiple calls from this number leaving automated ppi refunds. Its definitely 0182785235 ie 1 digit short for uk regional code? Scam or there's a uk code that's 0182 785235 as 01827 85235 is a digit short. This was on my landline although registered with the tps. So don't return the call in case is some weird scammy number that charges you.

COMPUTER SCAMMER: DO NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO PC
COMPUTER SCAMMER: told me he knew my computer had downloaded things containing viruses and wanted to "help" me to remove them. Asian male, claiming to be called "Eric", ringing from (something) "technical service".
My father has recently fallen for similar scam, when a similar/same Asian-voiced scammer took over his computer.
Luckily, Dad had no bank or other sensitive information on his PC but it took several hours to remove the scammer-installed pernicious malware, and re-install the antivirus and other security/maintenance programs which the scammer had removed.
DO NOT ALLOW some scammer, however persistent, to convince you that he is calling legitimate!
